D.R. Horton in Bakersfield

D.R. Horton is a national builder who currently has four communities to choose from.

Montelena at City in the Hills: Prices start at $200,000-$245,000. Homes sizes are: 2187 - 2612 sq. ft.

Triana at City in the Hills: Prices start as low as $169,000-$205,000. Home sizes are: 1398 - 1937 sq. ft.

Dakota in the Southwest: Prices start at: $169,000-$200,000
Home sizes are: 1398 - 1937 sq. ft.

Ivy at Stine: This is D.R. Horton's newest community that just opened October 2010. Homes are 2004 - 2320 sq ft.
Spacious and well-appointed, Ivy at Stine will feature two single-story homes plus one, two-story ranging from approximately 2,004 to 2,320 square feet. Exteriors are enhanced with Mediterranean, Hacienda or California Ranch architecture (per plan). A few highlights will include inviting porches at Plans Two and Three, master walk-in closets, separate tub and shower at Master Baths, spacious, gourmet Kitchens.

There are three bedrooms plus den to five bedrooms along with the opportunity to select from a variety of optional room configurations including a fourth or fifth Bedroom and up to four baths. All homes include either a three-car or four-car garage per plan

D.R. Horton is one of the most competitive builders in quality, price and service. They are also partnered up with DHI Mortgage, which helps streamline the process for the buyer. The buyer is able to get qualified for their dream home right away at the home site. If for some reason, the buyer is not able to qualify right away. D.R. Horton is also teamed up with the Home Buyers Club. This is a free credit repair and counseling agents available exclusively to people who are interested in buying a D.R. Horton home, but aren't quite ready.

Builders Incentive for the month of October!!
